FedEx International Customs Forms | FAQs

Do my FedEx international shipments require a Customs Form?

International FedEx shipments require some type of customs documentation, most often a Customs Form.

ShippingEasy automatically assigns the correct customs form to eligible shipments with all of the required information included as it is pulled from your integrated store. We also allow you to print Commercial Invoices from the SHIPMENT HISTORY page.

Can I send ETD (electronic trade documents) for all my FedEx Shipments?

No. Not all FedEx destinations allow ETD (electronic trade documents) when importing into the country. Check if a destination allows ETD.

If a destination does not allow ETD, ShippingEasy will provide an option to reprint the customs form.
