When cancelling a label, what is the error "Unable to retrieve record from database"?

When trying to void or cancel a FedEx shipment, if you receive the error message "Unable to retrieve record from database" it means that FedEx is having an issue processing the cancellation of the shipment. Typically this is intermittent and you should be able to try again in an hour or so.

If it is a FedEx Ground or Express shipment, no need to worry as you are only charged for these if the package is actually scanned and shipped.
