Yes. The charge for FedEx Automated Pickup is $13 per week for U.S. Ground Services and International Ground Service. 

If you have a regular scheduled pickup with FedEx, you will be assessed a weekly pickup fee rather than a fee per pickup. Pickup fees are invoiced weekly to the associated FedEx account."
