What is the FedEx On-Call Pickup Charge?

FedEx charges a fee when you request a pickup. On-call pickups can be requested via a FedEx electronic shipping solution or by calling FedEx Customer Service. Generally speaking, the charge is less when a pickup is requested electronically. The amount also varies based on the service selected. On-call pickup charges are itemized separately on your invoice.

The 2019 retail rate for electronic pickup requests are as follow:

  • U.S. Express Package Services: $4 per package.
  • International Express Package Services: $4 per shipment.
  • U.S. Ground Services: $3 per package for future-date pickups, $4 per package for same-day pickups.
  • International Ground Services: $3 per package for future-date pickups, $4 per package for same-day pickups.
