Not technically, no.
If a recipient has a P.O. Box address and a UPS service is selected:
- The recipient's telephone number must be included on the label.
- The package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed.
- It will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee.
- May require an address correction charge of $12.
NOTE: Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted for most UPS services.
