Print UPS international customs forms (commercial invoices) | How To

All UPS and UPS from ShippingEasy One Balance international shipments require customs forms, also known as commercial invoices. If you have Paperless Invoicing for your existing UPS account enabled, and shipping to a supported country, your Customs Forms will be automatically sent to UPS electronically, after generating your labels.

If you do not have paperless invoicing enabled, are shipping using UPS One Balance or are shipping to a country that doesn't support paperless invoicing, you can print your customs forms/commercial invoices, directly from the ShippingEasy app.

For UPS and UPS One Balance shipments that require the merchant Tax ID be filled out, once you print the Customs Form you will see a field at the top of the form where you can include this information.

Just follow these steps!

  1. From the SHIPMENTS tab, navigate to SHIPMENT HISTORY.
  2. You can print customs forms for individual or multiple shipments at one time.

To print customs forms for one shipment:

  3. Your Customs Form/s will be sent to your selected printer.

Otherwise, the Customs Forms will appear on the READY TO PRINT page in the Print Queue.

The Customs Forms will look like this:
