What are the UPS label return options available to me?

Created:   |   Updated:

With ShippingEasy, creating UPS return labels is easy and flexible with 3 different options to choose from. You can change these options at any time from the Manage Account page of your UPS integration, within the Postage and Carriers settings:

  • Print and/or Email the Return Labels to Customer – Create and print a UPS return label, then have it automatically emailed to the customer via ShippingEasy. Return labels cost $0.50 on top of the postage fee. More information regarding automatic return shipment emails can be found here.

  • 1 UPS Pickup Attempt from Customer – Arrange for UPS to create and deliver a return shipping label to your customer and collect the item for return on the following business day. UPS will attempt to pickup the return package from your customer once. If the pickup is unsuccessful, the driver will leave the return label at your customers location. Then, its the customers responsibility to put the label on the package and drop it off at a UPS location to be shipped. This option will typically cost $5.50 per label.

  • 3 UPS Pickup Attempts from Customer – Arrange for UPS to create and deliver a return shipping label to your customer and collect the item for return on the following business day. UPS will attempt  to pickup the return package from your customer up to three times from the specified address. This option will typically cost $7.50 per label.
