How to: Delete an Order Category

1. Navigate to the SETTINGS page in the navigation bar at the top of every page in the ShippingEasy app.

2. From there, you can click on the words ORDER CATEGORIES SETUP that are located in the SHIPMENT SETTINGS area.

3. Here, you’ll find a field with all your categories and their corresponding colors. In the far right column you’ll see a circle with an “x” (to the right of the pencil).  Click the X next to the category you want to delete. A confirmation prompt will appear, confirming that you want to delete the Category. Click OK.
Note: Deleting a category does not delete the shipments associated with the category.
