What are custom packages?

If you use your own packaging, then ShippingEasy's custom package settings are for you. Stored in your PACKAGE SETUP settings, custom packages allow you to save your unique package dimensions with names that help your team pick and pack the right type of package every time.

These custom packages are then available on the READY TO SHIP page, under the Packaging selector. The packaging list consists of carrier's standard packaging and your own custom packaging.

Saving custom packages in ShippingEasy helps you move through the shipment process faster and minimizes the risk of error. Combine these with Saved Carrier Selections or Shipping Rules and the possibilities are endless!
