The printer I want to use isn't listed in the printer selection menu

IMPORTANT: this document describes a feature that is no longer available in ShippingEasy. The Java Applet integration method for printers and scales has been replaced with ConnectEasy. Learn more about ConnectEasy.

If the Printer list appears blank after you have selected Refresh List, ensure the printer is connected and turned ON. 

  1. Go to your READY TO SHIP page and pause for 2-3 minutes to allow the Printer applet to retry loading.
  2. Return to SETTINGS >> PRINTER and the list should appear when you click the dropdown:
