Open a New USPS Postage Account by | How To

ShippingEasy partners with to provide rates on USPS postage. Your ShippingEasy subscription includes a free account. This gets you access to commercial discounts on USPS postage. Learn more about

  1. From any page in your account, click on the POSTAGE AND CARRIERS link in the top right corner of the app.
  2. Click on the blue Register a FREE Account! button.
  3. The fields under "Account Information" will populate with the store information that you gave us when you signed up for your account. If you need to edit, you can do so.
  4. Enter your payment information. This card will be used for your USPS postage balance with
  5. Click on the check box to agree to's Terms of Service.
  6. A modal will appear asking you to verify your account by phone call or by text. Once you have received your code, you can continue to register your account.
  7. Click on the blue Register Account button.

Your ShippingEasy account is now set up with an account. You are all set to start shipping USPS!

You say "Get an Endicia account for free". Yet according to Endicia, if I want to use their services with my 3D Cart website it's $15.95 a month.  Which is not free, so I am confused. So which is it?

Hi William, 

I am sorry there is confusion on the Endicia account we provide. Upon enrollment with ShippingEasy, we will provide a carrier account for you to set up at no additional charge. This will be used for USPS postage purchases processed through our platform. We also have the ability to integrate with multiple sales channels, track inventory, and market to customers all in one place.

Endicia provides a service outside of ShippingEasy for purchasing labels for $15.95 a month. This is not affiliated with the account connected to our system. I hope that helps to clarify some of your questions.

 had to change my plan because the plan I was on that I received from Shipping Easy all of a sudden no longer allowed me to purchase first Class shipping. I did not receive any notification of this change. I also looked on my shipping easy information, and according to their information page, I should be able to purchase first class labels with the account they provided. Can you please look into this?

Thank you for posting on our community forums! With the plan that ShippingEasy provides for, you should not need to change your plan. I have reached out to you personally as I mentioned on the other post to assist in getting this resolved.
