If you are running into an error when setting up an Endicia account, there are a few things that might correct this:
Are you using a post code with a 0 in front?
Temporarily replace the "0" with another digit for the purposes of account signup. After creating your account, you can update your "Contact Information" and "Billing Information" with Endicia at Endicia.com. Does your phone number have any dashes or parenthesis?
Remove all formatting and retry.
Are you using a PO Box?
Use the street address of your post office instead and omit the PO Box. Use USPS Post Office locator to find the street address.
Are you using your company's name?
Use your legal name instead.
