If you are running into an error when setting up a One Balance account, there are a few things that might correct this:
Are you using a postcode with a zero "0" in front?
Temporarily replace the zero "0" with another digit for the purposes of account signup. After creating your account, you can update your "Contact Information" and "Billing Information" with our postage provider. We have more information on our Knowledge Base: How can I update my account billing details?
Does your phone number have any dashes or parenthesis?
Remove all formatting and retry.
Are you using a PO Box?
Use the street address of your post office instead and omit the PO Box. Use the USPS Post Office locator to find the street address.
Are you using your company's name?
Use your legal name instead.
