Confirm my international consolidator services are turned on | How To

ShippingEasy can connect with a number of consolidators to keep your international shipping costs low. Find out what  International Consolidators ShippingEasy supports.

To see the services of a shipment consolidator, you must first confirm your account is connected to ShippingEasy by following these steps.

To confirm consolidator connection on the ONE BALANCE AND CARRIERS page

  1. Go to ONE BALANCE AND CARRIERS in the top right corner of the app.
  2. To verify that it has been enabled, a green Connected label will be shown next to your account information.


After your account has been enabled to use an international consolidator, you will notice a difference on the READY TO SHIP page. When you are processing an international shipment (or a batch) and you select a consolidator as the carrier, the consolidator options will be listed as services.

Confirm consolidator services are turned on the READY TO SHIP page

  1. Create an international shipment and send it to READY TO SHIP.
  2. In the Carrier Services and Packaging section, you will see your consolidator listed in the Carrier dropdown and available services listed under Carrier Service. 
    When you select a consolidator service, ShippingEasy will not display a rate quote. Purchasing consolidator labels does not reduce the money balance in your One Balance account - instead, the consolidator will invoice you for your shipments.

If you see this error message on the READY TO PRINT screen:

Check with your consolidator to verify that they have enabled your account with the correct consolidator services.
