How to: Add my logo to packing slips and email notifications

If your plan includes the Brand package, you can strengthen your brand's visibility by adding a logo to packing slips and confirmation emails. You can also assign a different logo for each store connected to ShippingEasy. 

  1. Navigate to the SETTINGS tab from any page on your ShippingEasy account and click on STORES & ORDERS under INTEGRATION.

  2. Select the store for which you would like to upload a logo. Beneath the store's information, click Edit store settings.




  3. Under the "Branding" tab, find the Select a store logo for emails and packing slips option and click Select.

  4. A window will open, allowing you to browse your computer and locate your store logo image. Once located, select the image file and the file name plus extension will be added to the New Logo field.
    For example: filename.jpg or filename.png.
    NOTE: The logo must be a 16bit JPG, GIF or PNG file format, and no larger than 1 MB.
  5. Don't forget to click Save at the bottom of your Store Settings to save your changes.

    NOTE: Currently, we are unable to support 8-bit images. If your logo does not properly save to the store settings, this is likely the reason. You can change this image attribute in most photo editing programs, such as Photoshop or Acorn.

  6. Your logo will now appear on all packing slips* and email shipment notifications* that contain the variable
    {{ store.logo }}. See our related articles below for design tips.
    *Any test emails sent or packing slips viewed for preview purposes, will not display your store logo, but rather a place holder. This is because our test emails and packing slip previews use generic information not specifically gathered from your Stores & Orders settings.
