Change Billing Information - ShippingEasy Subscription | How To

If your credit card is approaching its expiration date or if your credit card information has changed, you will want to update ShippingEasy and your shipping providers with your new billing information to avoid any interruption in service.

If the card has already expired, you will be taken directly to the SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING page upon login. You will not be able to use the app until you've entered data for a valid credit card.

To change your billing information:

  1. Navigate to the SETTINGS tab from anywhere in your account. 
  3. On the SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING page, locate the "Billing Information" tab and click the Change Payment Method button.
  4. The ShippingEasy Payment Information screen will appear. Enter your most current billing details. These will be used to bill your ShippingEasy subscription (plus applicable taxes, if any) and insurance purchases.
  5. If you would like to also update your One Balance payment method, which is used to pay for label purchases, then check the box next to Also update credit card for USPS postage purchases.
    NOTE: One Balance billing methods can be updated directly from as well. Learn how to update your information on Payment methods for all other carriers must be updated with the carrier directly.
  6. Once your information is complete, click on the Save button.

I changed my expired credit card to one that is active and the system keeps saying it's still expired with the old information. So frustrating! Need to get an order out!

Hi Sheldon - Thanks for posting to our Support Center. I'm sorry to see that you've run into this problem!
It sounds like you're looking to update your Endicia billing information, which should clear up this error that you receive trying to purchase postage.

Endicia billing information can be updated through ShippingEasy's Subscription & Billing page, if you check the option to "Also use this card for USPS postage purchases". Do you recall if you checked this option - shown in step 4?

I had a shipping easy monthly payment declined today.  I updated my billing information but am still unable to access the tabs to create labels.  Is there a way to make the payment for this months subscription so I can continue to create orders?

I have been trying to update my credit card information as part of my setup process but the page keeps giving me error message either about my address or something else. my bank states its not from them. pls help so I can complete my setup
