When your mind is focused on your business, it's easy to forget little things like passwords. We get it! That's why it's so easy to get help logging back into your ShippingEasy account.
Just follow these simple steps:
- From the Log In page, click on the Forgot Your Password? link underneath the Login button.
- Enter the email address used for your ShippingEasy account and click Submit Request.
- You'll receive an email with the following instructions.
- Click on the link in your email to be redirected to reset password - you'll enter your new password and confirm your new password. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters in length.
Once you click the 'Reset Password' button, you should be taken to the Login page where you can sign into your account using your new password.
