Select Statuses to Sync from Volusion Store | How To

ShippingEasy will show the status information from each order from your store on the ORDERS page. The following order statuses from Volusion will automatically sync to ShippingEasy:

  • New
  • New See Order Notes
  • Ready to Ship
  • Partially Shipped
  • Processing

The statuses Awaiting Payment, Pending Shipment, and Backordered will not automatically be included in order downloads. You can manually select to include these when orders sync by following these steps. Learn more about using ShippingEasy with Volusion stores.

Select Volusion Order Statuses to Sync into ShippingEasy

  1. Navigate to SETTINGS > STORES & ORDERS.

  2. Under your Volusion store, click Edit Store Settings.
  3. Click the "Orders" tab and under the Enabled Order Statuses, check each status that you'd like to sync into ShippingEasy.
  4. Save your changes.
  5. Then head back to your ORDERS page and click Sync with Store.
