How to: Select which statuses sync from my Volusion store

We understand you have many different processes when it comes to fulfilling your orders. To cater for this, Volusion customers have the ability to select the exact Order Status you would like for us to download.

By default, the orders with the status of "New", "New See Order Notes", "Ready to Ship", and "Partially Shipped" will pull into your ORDERS page.

To edit the statuses that sync from your Volusion store:

  1. Navigate to SETTINGS > STORES & ORDERS.

  2. Under your Volusion store, click Edit Store Settings.

  3. Click the "Orders" tab and under the Enabled Order Statuses, check each status that you'd like to sync into ShippingEasy.

  4. Save your changes.
  5. Then head back to your ORDERS page and click Sync with Store.
