If the user is correctly configured (no WS-I) should see something like:
NOTE: WS-I should not need to be turned off for Magento 2. WS-I compliance is a SOAP concept and we do not use a SOAP API to connect up to Magento 2.
This error can be fixed by turning off WS-I Compliance on your Magento server.
- Login to your Magento Admin Panel.
- Click System and go to Configuration.
- On the left hand navigation menu, expand the Services menu and click Magento Core API.
- Change WS-I Compliance to No.
- Click Save Config.
That should fix the "Credentials could not be validated" error and allow ShippingEasy to connect to your Magento server correctly.
