Both ShippingEasy and BigCommerce provide the option to email your customers after you ship out their packages. If you would prefer to send you notification emails from ShippingEasy, you'll want to make sure that you turn off these emails within BigCommerce to avoid sending two emails for each shipment.
1. Log into your BigCommerce admin account.
2. Go to Setup & Tools, then to Checkout.
3. Uncheck the boxes for the emails you do not want to send to your customers.
4. Save your changes.
