Integrate eBay store with ShippingEasy | How To
Whether you are brand new to ShippingEasy or have an existing account, it is easy to integrate your eBay store with ShippingEasy. When you are ready to connect your eBay store, follow these steps.
New ShippingEasy account
If you are new to ShippingEasy, you can follow our step-by-step instructions for integrating your store into a new account.
How to connect your eBay to an existing ShippingEasy account
- Navigate to the SETTINGS tab and click on the STORES & ORDERS page under the INTEGRATION section.
- Once there, click on the the + Add New button on the side of the screen.
- From the Platform drop down menu, select eBay.
- Fill in your eBay username. Complete your store integration by logging into eBay and granting access to ShippingEasy.
- After entering your eBay username into ShippingEasy, you'll be taken to an eBay login page.
If you've already logged in, you'll be taken directly to a screen titled "Grant Application Access: ShippingEasy". Find the I Agree button at the bottom of this screen and click it.
eBay may ask you to answer some security questions to verify your account before allowing it to connect with ShippingEasy. This is to ensure privacy and security when connecting your store with a third-party application such as ShippingEasy.
Your eBay store is now integrated with ShippingEasy. Next, configure your Store Settings using our guide.

You are integrating an eBay store, correct? What is your store name so I can take a look at your account?
Today I could not enter my Shippingeasy account. Have 2 apps that save passwords and also wrote down the password on paper but could not get to my account. When I asked for a password change could not get a email from Shipping easy. My account for eBay is; rrcollectables1877. Thank you for your support. I do have problems with passwords constantly. I want to integrate my internet selling with the 3 major shippers but of course I will be using USPS mainly. Am working on a home network with 2 computers, 2 printers a tablet and smart phone all different. Wish me luck. Am also working on working the new USPS scale into the shipping programs setup for automatic reading or lets say the scale has a USB port.
Problem I had last night was after I started the integration to eBay shipping I could not find the box to enter my eBay account name. Mail for Windows 10
After writing this last night I was able to integrate into a shipping program from the eBay side. Can't find the name of it after a quick look. Didn't see it under my account but it did ask if I had a scale connected to my shipping program. Which I replied, yes. Will still be trying to integrate USPS Shipping easy but not able to access my account last night.

It is possible you may need to clear your browser cookies as this can sometimes create problems when accessing secure websites.

Hello Jacen P. Looked into clearing my browser cookies but it informs me I will loose all my passwords. It would take em a week to replace them all. There must be another solution. Tried changing my password to Shipping easy 2 ways. A direct attempt from the login page, which appeared to be successful but the login would not accept the new password, Secondly I am able to get into your web site thru the email I receive from your support group. However changing the password once I'm on the site doesn't work either.. Any more suggestions. Thank you for your help.
