How to: Integrate Amazon with ShippingEasy

Amazon is the largest internet based retailer in the US. Whether you're brand new to ShippingEasy or have an existing account, it's easy to integrate Professional Amazon Seller Accounts with ShippingEasy!

Choose which section of this guide best describes where you are starting from.

NOTE: when connecting multiple marketplaces with ShippingEasy, integrate each separately.

For example: if you sell on and, you will want to integrate each one individually. The result is that your ShippingEasy STORES & ORDERS page will list each marketplace as a unique store. This will also help you to track your orders and shipments for each marketplace.

If you are setting up a ShippingEasy account for the first time

  1. When setting up a new ShippingEasy account, you will be directed to start adding orders by integrating a store. To being the store integration process, click on the button to Import from Store.
  2. Next, you will fill in your stores credentials. Amazon will be populated in the Store Platform drop down.
  3. Complete your store integration by adding your store credentials. These steps are outlined in the third section of this article.

If you are connecting your Amazon store to an existing ShippingEasy account

  1. Navigate to the SETTINGS tab and click on the STORES & ORDERS page under the INTEGRATION section.

  2. Once there, click on the the + Add New button on the side of the screen.
  3. From the Platform drop down menu, select Amazon. You will be prompted for your Amazon credentials.
  4. Complete your store integration by entering your Amazon credentials into ShippingEasy. These steps are outlined in the next section.

Once you are prompted for your Amazon credentials:

    1. You will be asked to provide ShippingEasy with your Amazon Seller ID and MWS Auth Token.
    2. To access your Seller ID and MWS Auth Token, you'll need to sign up for Amazon Marketplace Web Service (Amazon MWS).
      To sign up for Amazon MWS, use the appropriate web page below for the Amazon Marketplace you want to integrate with ShippingEasy:
      NOTE: if you sell on multiple Amazon marketplaces, each marketplace will need to be integrated separately. Just repeat these steps for each marketplace.
    3. Log into your Amazon seller account.
    4. To the left on the page under Appstore, click the Authorize a Developer button.
      NOTE: If you do not see the Authorize a Developer button on the Manage your apps page, contact Amazon Seller Central support, as you may need to have your permissions updated by Amazon.
    5. In the Application Name field, enter ShippingEasy
    6. In the Application Developer Account Number field, if your Amazon Marketplace is for:
      • USA, Canada, or Mexico enter 9250-5860-2418
      • UK, France, Germany, Italy, or Spain enter 8218-0355-2767
    7. Select Next and then Accept the Amazon MWS License Agreement. Select Next again.
    8. From Amazon, copy the Seller ID and MWS Auth Token.
    9. In ShippingEasy, paste the Seller ID and MWS Auth Token.
    10. Click Save. If your Amazon account is only authorized to sell on one marketplace - you're done and your Amazon store is now integrated with ShippingEasy!
    11. If your Amazon account is authorized to sell on more than one marketplace, select the marketplace to integrate from the Marketplace ID menu.
    12. Click Save.

That's it! You're Amazon store is now integrated with ShippingEasy!

    How to we obtain Shipping Easy's MWS we need this to integrate Amazon.

    Hello Jack, and thank you for posting to our support center.

    If you'll click on the 'Provide your Amazon credentials to ShippingEasy' drop down menu above (3rd drop down listed), steps explaining how to obtain and enter your Amazon Seller ID and MWS Auth token information will display.

    You can then use those to navigate and sign up for the Amazon MWS, get access to your MWS credentials, and then enter those into your new store settings in ShippingEasy.

    I have confirmed and connected my Amazon shop to my shippingeasy shop but am still not seeing the orders come through on my shippingeasy account so I could purchase the shipping.

    I am using seller fulfilled prime - I have connected with my Amazon seller ID and MWS auth token and have made sure that shippingeasy is an authorized developer in my Amazon sellercentral 

    However no orders are showing in my shippingeasy manager. How do I sync the orders?

    I have pressed SYNC many times but nothing comes up.

    Thank you for your post!  I apologize for the delayed response.

    I took a look at your account and saw that you did not have Amazon Prime Orders enabled within your account.  That is something that we at ShippingEasy Support would need to do for you once you reach out to us via our forums.

    Should you wish to reactivate your account and have us enable that feature, please let us know via a forum post or reach out to us at with your account information and request.

    Thanks for your question today.  While we do support Seller Feedback & Product Review Requests campaigns for Amazon, we do not currently have this option for Amazon India.
