Why is the age on my 3dcart (Legacy) orders not exact?

IMPORTANT: ShippingEasy supports two different 3dcart integrations. This article applies to the older "Legacy" integration. Learn more.

ShippingEasy calculates the age of an order based on the date and time your customer placed their order with your store. However, when ShippingEasy connects to 3dcart to bring in order details, 3dcart only provides us with the order's creation date (MM/DD/YYYY) and not an exact time of order. For this reason, since there's no time stamp, orders are automatically set to the beginning of the day.
