How to use ShippingEasy with Newegg

Newegg is an awesome platform for selling your products. ShippingEasy has support for receiving your orders from Newegg and shipping those orders to your customers.

How does it work?

Periodically ShippingEasy will automatically read orders from your Newegg account and load them into your ShippingEasy account. After you login to ShippingEasy and ship the orders, ShippingEasy will automatically update those orders in your Newegg account.

Are all orders sent from my Newegg store to ShippingEasy?

No. Only the orders that have a status in Newegg of Unshipped or Partially Shipped.

Is the weight of the order brought into ShippingEasy?

No. Newegg does not make the order or product weight available to applications like ShippingEasy. If they add that feature, we will be certain to update our integration to take advantage of it.

Why does ShippingEasy always show the same billing address and shipping address on my Newegg orders?

Newegg only provides a single address to ShippingEasy, which we then display as both the shipping address and billing address.

Are product options brought into ShippingEasy?

No, not directly. Newegg supports product options by requiring you to define multiple SKUs, so there is no need to use ShippingEasy's product option display.

 Are customer comments on each order brought into ShippingEasy?

No. Newegg does not make customer comments on an order available to applications like ShippingEasy. If they add that feature, we will be certain to update our integration to take advantage of it.

Is the warehouse location of each product brought into ShippingEasy?

No. Newegg does not make product warehouse location available to applications like ShippingEasy. If they add that feature, we will be certain to update our integration to take advantage of it.

If I partially ship an order, what does ShippingEasy set the status to in Newegg?

If you split an order in ShippingEasy and then only ship some of the newly split orders, the status in Newegg will be "Partially Shipped" until you ship the final order from ShippingEasy.

If I duplicate a shipping label in ShippingEasy, will the tracking information for the duplicate label be sent to Newegg?

No. Newegg does not support adding tracking information to Newegg orders that already have a status of "Shipped."
