Does Jane.com require all shipments have delivery confirmation (tracking)?

Yes, Jane requires that all shipments have tracking in order to get paid. Jane will withhold payment until a tracking number is updated.

Fortunately, if your Jane.com store is integrated with ShippingEasy, we'll automatically update the tracking number to your store. However, you'll want to make sure that the service(s) you select either include delivery confirmation or that you add it to services that do not.

If you have already shipped your packages via a service that does not include tracking, please contact Jane.com seller support.
