How to: Edit shipment weight on the READY TO SHIP page

When selecting a carrier and service within the READY TO SHIP page, the weight of your shipment is automatically assigned. There are a number of ways that a weight can be assigned: from your store, via a Shipping Rule, or from your Product Catalog. When the weight is not correct, though, you can manually update it.

To edit shipment weight on the READY TO SHIP page:

  1. Select a shipment from the Pending Queue.
  2. Within the "Carrier Selections" section, locate the Weight field.



  3. Type in the corrected weight.
  4. Select the Update button to save the weight and refresh your rate quote.

If you use the Product Catalog, you can also opt to save this new weight to your Product Catalog. Learn more.
