When selecting a carrier and service within the READY TO SHIP page, the weight of your shipment is automatically assigned. There are a number of ways that a weight can be assigned: from your store, via a Shipping Rule, or from your Product Catalog. When the weight is not correct, though, you can manually update it.
To edit shipment weight on the READY TO SHIP page:
- Select a shipment from the Pending Queue.
- Within the "Carrier Selections" section, locate the Weight field.
- Type in the corrected weight.
- Select the Update button to save the weight and refresh your rate quote.
