How to: Edit a shipment within a Batch

When selecting a CARRIER AND SERVICE within the READY TO SHIP page, you can view and edit an order within a batch in just a few clicks.

  1. Locate the batch from the Orders Detail box on the left hand side of the screen and click on the name of the desired batch to expand.

  2. The panel will roll down revealing each individual order with an X button to delete any individual order from the batch.

  3. To look at an individual order, click on the item/batch name. The order's details will appear on the right hand side of the screen where you can both see and edit the address.

  4. If you'd like to edit the Carrier Selection information of a package, then you will need to click on the name of the batch. This will allow you to edit the information in CARRIER SELECTIONS section. You can tell if you've click on the name of the batch properly if the background of the batch cell is highlighted.

Please note, you won't be able to edit any additional information on an order in a batch other than the address. If you need to change any of the carrier information for an individual order, you'll have to delete it from the batch by clicking on the X next to the order.
