Edit a Shipment in a Batch | How To

When selecting a Carrier and Service within the READY TO SHIP page, you can view and edit an order within a batch in just a few clicks.

What can you edit on a shipment level in a batch?

  • Order Address
  • Order Weight
  • Customs Information

What cannot be edited on a shipment level in a batch?

  • Carrier Information, as this is set for the entire batch. If you need to change any of the carrier information or packaging for an individual order, you will have to delete it from the batch by clicking on the X next to the order.

Editing a Shipment within a Batch

  1. Locate the batch from the Orders Detail box on the left hand side of the screen and click on the name of the desired batch to expand.

  2. The panel will roll down revealing each individual order with an X button to delete any individual order from the batch.

  3. To look at an individual order, click on the item/batch name. The order's details will appear on the right hand side of the screen where you can both see and edit the address.
