How to: Print Pick Lists

Created:   |   Updated:

ShippingEasy gives you the opportunity to print your pick lists from various points in the shipping process. You can print your Pick Lists before purchasing labels or afterwards, with the flexibility to create a Pick List whether or not you've printed your labels yet. It's easy! Expand each section below for step by step instructions.

How to: Print Pick Lists for unshipped orders - from the ORDERS page

Pick Lists can be printed from the ORDERS page. This allows shippers to start packing shipments before purchasing postage. Up to 10,000 orders can be included on a Pick List.

  1. From the blue navigation bar, click ORDERS.
  2. Filter the ORDERS page to the set of orders that you wish to include on the Pick List. Learn how to filter orders.
  3. Select specific orders by checking the box next to each order or use the box at the top of the list to select all.
  4. Expand the Pick & Pack button.
  5. Select one of the Pick List options.
    • Print Pick List: generates a list of selected orders. Orders remain on the ORDERS page.
    • Print Pick List and Create Shipments: generates a list of selected orders. Orders are moved to the READY TO SHIP page as individual shipments.
    • Print Pick List and Group as Batch: generates a list of selected orders. Orders are batched together and moved to the READY TO SHIP page.
    • Print Pick List - All Orders: generates a list of all filtered orders. Orders remain on the ORDERS page.
  6. Your Pick List will be created.
    • When the ORDERS page is filtered to 1,000 orders or less: a message is displayed:

Adding # Orders to Pick List...

The message remains in view until the job has been processed.

    • When the ORDERS page is filtered to a sum between 1,001 - 2,000 orders: a message is displayed:

Adding # Orders to Pick List...

The message is displayed briefly. It is then replaced with a new message:

Building the Pick List with all # orders.
Please note that a larger number of orders requires more time.
When complete, it will be on Ready to Print.

ShippingEasy will then proceed to process the job.

  7. The Pick List will be sent to the designated printer (via ConnectEasy) or to the READY TO PRINT page (if ConnectEasy is not configured).
