ShippingEasy’s ORDERS page automatically shows all orders placed in your store, as well as any that you added manually. The ORDERS page is where you are able review, organize and prepare your orders for shipment.

ShippingEasy provides two modes for this page - Standard and Advanced. This guide outlines the features of the Advanced ORDERS page view. Learn more about the difference between these page modes.


Action Buttons

1. Sync

If you have a store connected, ShippingEasy will automatically sync orders from your store at regular intervals. Usually at 1 or 4 hours, depending on platform. If you would like to see new orders sooner, select Sync. Find out more.

2. Create Shipments

Select one or more orders, then click on CREATE SHIPMENT to move the order/s into the shipment process so you can start selecting rates. Learn more.

3. Group as Batch Instead of processing individual shipments and selecting a rate for each one – select multiple orders and apply a set of shipping preferences across all of them with a single selection. Learn more.
4. Pick & Pack
Organize your plan by printing pick lists and packing slips. Learn more.
5. Buy & Print
Option to Buy & Print labels directly from the ORDERS page. Learn more.
6. More Options
Check one or more order. Then apply any of these options to the orders you selected:
7. Add Manual Order Process orders that were generated outside of your integrated eCommerce stores. Find out more.

1. Instant Rates Collapsible column that quickly compares rates for shipping across carriers and allows you to ship right from the ORDERS page. Learn more.
2. Sort Simply click on the column you want to sort by and your orders will be sorted in ascending or descending order. Find out more.
3. Multiple Items For orders with multiple items, simply click to expand the order and see the detail of each item. Find out more.
4. Order Details View a summary of an order including your customer’s shipping selection and destination details. This will help you decide which orders you want to batch up and ship. Find out more.

Filter and Sort Options

1. Search Need to find that one particular order or a group of orders? Our easy order keyword search tool will ensure you do just that! Find search tips.
2. Search by Order Number Quickly find one or more orders by entering the numbers in the dialog box.
3. Expand/Collapse Open or close all of the filter selections on the left hand side at once.
4. Reset If you have made filter selections on the left, you can easily clear the selections to reveal all of your orders again.
5. Save View Save commonly used filter selections to enable one-click filtering. Find out more.
6. Filter Filter to a subset of your orders with the filter options on the left-hand menu. Managing your full list is simple with these filters. Learn more.
7. Results Per Page Determines the amount of orders displayed on the Orders page at one time. Choose to view 25, 50, 100 or 200 orders from the drop down menu. This is set to 50 orders by default. Learn more.
8. Advanced/Standard View Determines the set of user interface controls, such as the filters, that are displayed on the ORDERS page. In this configuration, the Advanced View is ON. This guide illustrates how the page looks in this Advanced view.
