You can search and sort orders on the ORDERS page to make it easier to locate and process a particular order or group of orders.
Search Orders on the ORDERS page

For best results, be as specific as possible with names of customers:
Orders no longer on the ORDERS page will show no results:
Lowercase is not a factor. For instance, either of these searches would produce the same results:
Dashes in certain transaction numbers are recognized. You should be able to search by the entire number or just a portion of it. For instance, any of these iterations would work:

Sort Orders on the ORDERS page
You can sort through the orders by clicking on the words in the gray sorting bar at the top of your ORDERS Page
When you click on any of these headers, the column beneath the word will be sorted automatically. The order in which the column is sorted depends on the data in the column itself. For example, the column with the header Item Name will be sorted alphabetically once you click it. Here is an example of sorting by Item Name:
Keep in mind, you can only sort your orders by one column at a time. Once you sort by the item name if you click on another header - like req. service - the orders will reload sorted by the newest selection.
