Manage Ship From Address in Settings | How To

Managing your Ship From addresses is easy! Whether there is an issue you need to correct, or you just need to make a simple change, updating the information can be completed in just a couple of steps.

  1. Go to the SETTINGS page from anywhere in the ShippingEasy app by clicking the icon in the top right.
  2. Under the Account Settings header, click on SHIP FROM ADDRESSES.
  3. On the SHIP FROM ADDRESSES page, you will see all of the "Ship From" Addresses that have been saved to your account. To edit an address, hover over the address and click anywhere in the box to open the details page.
  4. From the details page, select the Edit Address button.
    Any Ship From address used within store settings, rules, or by users will need to be removed or modified before it can be deleted. 
  5. Fill out the fields in the Edit Address modal that opens.
    If the zip code 4-digit extension is not known, leave that field blank.
  6. Click Save Address at the bottom when you have completed the edits.
