I no longer want to ship a package that is on my SCAN form. What do I do?

Once a SCAN form has been generated, you are unable to cancel and refund labels that appear on the SCAN form. So too, if you no longer want to ship an item that is present on the SCAN form, the SCAN form becomes void as each and every shipment listed on the SCAN form must be accounted for by the post office when they pickup or you drop off your packages.

In this instance, you will need the mail clerk to scan each of your packages due to go out.
