How do I print 2 - 4x6 packing slips per page?

Created:   |   Updated:

To print your 4x6 packing slips in a 2-per-page format, you'll need to save the PDF of your packing slips and open it in Adobe Reader.

If you do not have Adobe Reader, please complete the free download here:

Next, make sure that you have the 4" x 6" packing slip size selected in ShippingEasy. Go to Settings >> Packing Slips on the right side of the page.

Once you've generated the packing slips in ShippingEasy, save them from the tab that opens up when you click the green print button.  Remember to note where you've saved it so you can easily find the file again.

Open Adobe Reader, and then open the PDF file of packing slips. Once the file is open, go "File" at the top of the page, then click "Print" to pop-up the printer dialog box.

From this dialog box, you'll need to select the "Multiple" button (because you want to print multiple images per page), then set the "Pages per sheet" to 2 (as you want to print two packing slips per page). You may need to adjust the Orientation to "Landscape" so the packing slips are correctly aligned.

You'll notice the print preview on the right side of this box. Double-check here that the page matches how you'd like it to print. Once you've confirmed, click the "Print" button at the bottom to print the document.
