How to: Print shipping Labels

You've sorted your orders, assigned rates and generated labels. See an overview of this process.

The last step before your shipments go out the door is printing. With just a few clicks you can organize and print your labels.

How to: Print Labels

  1. Hover over the SHIPMENTS tab from any page in your ShippingEasy account and select READY TO PRINT.
  2. You'll see a blue status bar while your labels are being prepared.

  3. When they're ready to print, a green Print button will appear under the "Action" column. Now you can choose to print labels one-by-one or multiple at a time. You can also print Packing Slips and Pick Lists!

How to: Print an individual Label

  1. Print individual orders by clicking on the PRINT button.

  2. Your labels will be sent directly to your printer if using ConnectEasy or a new tab displaying your PDF label will open in your browser.

How to: Print a group of individual Labels, with the option to print Packing Slips

  1. If you'd like to print more than one order, you can select the check boxes for multiple orders. The check boxes are located on the left hand side of each order.

  2. Once you've checked multiple orders, the 'Print Selected' button at the top will change to say: Combine & Print Selected. This button has a drop down menu with several different printing options available. Choose whether to print Labels, Packing Slips, or both for the selected orders.

  3. After you've made your selection from the drop down menu, your documents will be sent to the "Print Queue" on the right hand side of the screen.

  4. Click the green PRINT button. Your documents will be sent directly to your printer if using ConnectEasy or a new tab displaying your PDF label will open in your browser.

How to: Print a single batch of Labels

  1. Print individual batches by clicking on the PRINT button.

How to: Print a batch of Labels, with the option to print Packing Slips or Pick Lists

  1. If you'd like to combine the batch with another batch or other orders, click on the box to the left of the orders.
  2. Once you've checked multiple orders, the 'Print Selected' button at the top will change to say: Combine & Print Selected. This button has a drop down menu with several different printing options available. Choose whether to print Labels, Packing Slips, Labels & Packing Slips, or Pick List for the selected batches and/or orders.
  3. The labels will group as one large batch and move to the "Print Queue" box to the right.

  4. Click the green PRINT button. Your documents will be sent directly to your printer if using ConnectEasy or a new tab displaying your PDF label will open in your browser.You can view a history of all of the batch labels that you have created in the past 24 hours in the "Batch History" section that is located next to the "Print Queue" box.
