The Dashboard page on the ShippingEasy app provides you with a complete overview of your shipping activity, order statuses and postage balances. Quickly check the progress of your business with a click of a button - or set it as your home page to keep your metrics front of mind.

|Quickly navigate to necessary screens to ensure your business is on top of orders, stocked up on supplies and up to date on our latest features. Select Set Dashboard as Home if you'd like this page to appear every time you log into ShippingEasy.|
|2. Order ticker||At-a-glance key performance indicators.|
|3. Downloaded Orders||Check the number of new orders uploaded or synced into ShippingEasy Today or Month to Date.|
|4. Today/Yesterday/MTD||Toggle between Today's, Yesterday's or your Month to Date metrics.|
|5. Shipped Orders||See how many orders you have shipped Today or Month to Date.|
|6. Unshipped Order||Track how many new orders have not yet been shipped.|
|7. Postage Balances||
Monitor the amount of postage you have available to complete your shipments. For customers that use Sub Accounts, the USPS postage balance shown is from the default Sub Account.
|8. Postage Costs||A sum of the amount you've spent on labels in the last day or month.|
|9. Order Download Exceptions||We'll alert you if any of your orders have run into an error while downloading. Reach out to ShippingEasy support if you see any exceptions noted here.|
|10. Store Update Exceptions||Store Update Exceptions: We'll alert you if any of your orders have run into an error while updating as shipped back to your store. Reach out to ShippingEasy support if you see any exceptions noted here.|
