Can I ship an order with more than one item?

Yes! The ORDERS page allows you to ship orders that contain Multiple Items. Orders that contain multiple items have that tag in the "Item Description" column.

If you'd like to see what the individual items in the order are, then simply click on where it says Multiple Items and a dropdown menu will expand the show you the individual items in the order. The quantity of individual items in the order is displayed just to the left of where it says  Multiple Items.

From here you can split orders, or just click on the Multiple Items tag again to collapse the menu. You can look at our step-by-step guide on splitting orders here
