How to: Remove an order from READY FOR PAYMENT

Removing an order from the READY FOR PAYMENT page is easy!

  1. Locate the order in the shipment queue.

  2. Click the x to the right of the order, located in the "Options" column.

  3. Confirm that you would like to remove the order and your order will be returned to the ORDERS page.
