    What happens after the shipping labels are printed?

    I assume we have to contact the shipping company chosen to collect the orders. Is that right, or do you store products and take care of packaging and shipping when orders come in?

    Great questions!  

    If you have integrated an eCommerce platform with ShippingEasy, then the tracking/shipping information is updated back to the store after the shipping labels are printed.  

    Many shippers with fulfillment companies will use ShippingEasy to retain greater control over their shipping methods and costs.  ShippingEasy allows you to purchase your labels, then download labels along with packing slips and/or pick lists in digital form and email these to your fulfillment company, which will store, pack, and ship out your orders.

    I responded to your email yesterday but here is the information again in case you or anyone else that sees this needs it:

    At this time, we only integrate with the United States Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS for shipments that originate in the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to supply postage for shipments originating outside of the United States. If you have a warehouse/shipper in the United States, you will be able to use ShippingEasy with your store and you may like to look over our Quick Start Guide. Otherwise, I regret that the application will not be able to help with your particular shipping needs.

    What happens when you place a order online and mistakenly send the order to the wrong shipping address.Do shippingeasy assist with these incidents .

    If you are wanting to get your shipment diverted to the correct address, you may be able to use the USPS Package Intercept service via the link below.

    Beyond that, you may need to reach out to USPS directly via phone at 1 (800) 275-8777 for further help, or contact the recipient listed on the shipment to see if you can arrange for them to ship that on for you.
