How to: Troubleshoot the ShippingEasy chat widget

ShippingEasy support uses a chat widget supported by Zopim. If you find that you're having problems accessing our chat support, please refer to Zopim's troubleshooting guide.

    This link does not go to troubleshooting but to a login page for Zopim. We do not have a Zopim Account, unless our login info is also applicable there?


    I did manage to fix my problem. Check your pop-up blocker folks!
