Store orders rarely get stuck in a loading state, however, if this does occur, it’s typically due to an intermittent error in the API connection between ShippingEasy and your store.
If you have an order that is stuck in a loading state, please contact our Customer Success team to try and retrieve the order or alternatively, create a manual order for this shipment.
You can reach out to our Customer Success team in the following ways:
- Paid subscribers, who have already set up their ShippingEasy account, will see links to email, call, or chat above the blue navigation menu in the app.
- Anyone can post questions in our Community forum and our team will be happy to assist.
When contacting the Customer Success team, please provide the team with:
- Your account name
- Store platform
- 1-2 of your oldest orders that are experiencing this issue, including the:
- Order numbers
- Status of the orders
- The date the orders were placed
