If it looks like you’re missing pieces of the ShippingEasy app on your screen, the default resolution for your computer screen may be set too low. The app was built for 1280x960 screen resolution.
For PC users
You can adjust your screen resolution in the Control Panel. You’ll click “Adjust Screen Resolution” from the Appearance and Personalization category within the Control Panel of your computer. Choose the resolution option closest to 1280x960.
Alternatively, if you have a mouse with a scroll wheel, you can adjust the screen size on the fly. To do so, hold 'CTRL' while scrolling the wheel. Scroll one direction to make the screen bigger, and the other way to make it smaller.
For Mac users
You can adjust your screen resolution in the System Preferences. You’ll click “Displays” from the Hardware category within the System Preferences of your computer. Choose the resolution option closest to 1280x960.
Alternatively, you can hold the "command" key down and then tap on the "+"or "-" key to zoom in and out ("+" zooming in and "-" zooming out).
On occassion throughout the app, you may find that you are unable to view necessary buttons to complete a task. This can be solved by scrolling from left to right under the information you are looking at.
When uploading a CVS file, the "Current Uploads" tab will show the far left of the file name.
Drag the gray bar beneath it to the right.
There you will see the green Ready button.
After making this adjustment, you should be able to view the entire feature set the ShippingEasy team has built for you!
