Can I cancel my plan?

Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time. Once your 30-day free trial period is over, your account is automatically charged with the plan you selected based on your shipping needs.

If you still occasionally ship packages but not more than 50 per month, you can downgrade to our FREE Starter plan.

If you would like to stop using ShippingEasy altogether, you can cancel using our step-by-step guide.

    Hello, it is so hard to reach anyone! My plan renewed yesterday (SUNDAY) and I cancelled it today, would like a refund, can someone contact me???

    Same issue as Rhonda! I canceled my account in May and I was charged for May and June causing my account to be over drawn and costing me an over draft fee!!!! I want a refund and my over draft fee reimbursed now. The account used for shipping easy was a business account for a business I closed this is beyond unacceptable and flat out theft.

    I am trying to cancel my account, but when I click on “subscription and billing”, I get redirected to set up the USPS account. I have tried multiple times to actually setup the USPS account, but it keeps giving me an error (fix errors below) — and there’s nothing to “fix” (no options, etc). Please help. I want my account removed.

    Jut received email receipt from you charging me $29 for the first month, to be honest I had no idea how I got charged as I never used your application.

    Anyhow it took me a while to find out to cancel the account. Can you please issue me a refund.
