How to: Filter orders by sales channel

ShippingEasy gives you the option to filter your orders by sales channel.  This allows you to easily filter orders from order aggregator stores by the original sales channel.

NOTE: This filter is only be available/visible if you have one or more of the following active store integrations in ShippingEasy:  Solid Commerce, ChannelAdvisor or Stitch Labs. 

You can easily filter orders from you aggregator store to see all orders from a given underlying sales channel.

  1. From the menu to the left of your orders on the ORDERS page, expand the Sales Channel menu, type in part or all of the original sales channel name and hit enter to apply the filter.


  2. Your orders will be filtered to show only those orders with a matching sales channel.

    NOTE: The Sales Channel column is not displayed on the Orders page by default.  Click Arrange Columns to add the Sales Channel column. Learn more.
