How to: Edit an existing Customer List

Once you've built a Customer List, you can keep it current by adding or removing Customers from it.

To edit an existing Customer List:

  1. From the blue navigation bar, expand the MARKETING tab and select CUSTOMER LISTS.

  2. It can help to review the Customer List before making changes. Do so by filtering the ALL CUSTOMERS page via the "Lists" filter.

How to: Add Customers to an existing Customer List

  1. Select the customers you want to add to the existing list.
    TIP: don't forget to remove the "Lists" filter to see all Customers who are not included on the list. Use the other filters to refine your list of customers. Then select all at once. Learn more.

  2. Expand the Manage Lists button. Hover over + Add to List and select the List name you wish to add the Customers to.

  3. The list changes are automatically saved. You can see the updated list by using the "Lists" filter or by navigating to MARKETING >> CUSTOMER LISTS.

How to: Remove Customers from an existing Customer List

  1. Select the customers you want to remove from the list.
    TIP: it helps to start by filtering to the current list, using the "Lists" filter. Further filter the Customers as needed, then select all the filtered Customers at once. Learn more.

  2. Expand the Manage Lists button. Hover over - Remove from List and select the List name you wish to remove the Customers from.

  3. The list changes are automatically saved. You can see the updated list by using the "Lists" filter or by navigating to MARKETING >> CUSTOMER LISTS.
