How to: Edit an existing Contact List

Once you've built a Contact List, you can keep it current by adding or removing Contacts from it. This can be done on the CONTACTS page from either the "Contacts" tab or the "List" tab.

Contact Lists can be edited on the main CONTACTS page:

How to: Add contacts to an existing list

  1. From the blue navigation bar, expand the MARKETING tab and select CONTACTS.
  2. Click on the "Contacts" tab.

  3. Check the boxes next to the names of the contacts you want to include on the list.

  4. Click the "Add/Remove from Lists" button. Find the list you want to include them on and click the name.

  5. The Customers will be added to the specified list.

How to: Remove contacts from a list

  1. Select the customers you want to remove from the list.check_box_names_contact_page.PNG
  2. Click the Add/Remove from Lists button.

  3. Click "Remove from List" link from the drop down.

  4. In the popup, check with list(s) you would like the customers removed from and click "Submit".

A Contact List can be edited on it's CONTACT LIST details page:

How to: Add contacts to an existing list

  1. From the blue navigation bar, expand the MARKETING tab and select CONTACTS.
  2. Click on the "Lists" tab.

  3. Click on the name of the list you would like to edit.

  4. Click the +Add Contacts button and select Add from existing contacts

  5. Click on the contact name you want to add to the existing list.
    TIP: don't forget to remove the "Lists" filter to see all Contacts who are not included on the list. Use the other filters to refine your list of contacts. Then select all at once. Learn more.

  6. Click the Manage Lists button.

  7. A Manage Lists modal will pop up. Check the box next to the List name you wish to add the Contacts to.

  8. The list changes are automatically saved. You can see the updated list by navigating to MARKETING >> CONTACTS>> LISTS.

How to: Remove contacts from a list

  1. From the blue navigation bar, expand the MARKETING tab and select CONTACTS.
  2. Click on the "Lists" tab.

  3. Click on the name of the list you would like to edit.

  4. Select the contacts you want to remove from the list.
    TIP: it helps to start by filtering to the current list, using the "Lists" filter. Further filter the Contacts as needed, then select all the filtered Contacts at once. Learn more.

  5. Click the Remove button.

  6. There will be a message displayed on the page that says "Customers successfully removed".

Now it's time to put your Contact List to work!
