Discounted Product Prices on Customs Forms

If your store provides discounted pricing information for each line item in an order, you can choose to use the discounted product price for each line item on the Customs Form. The discounted price is only used, however, if no declared value is defined for the product in ShippingEasy's product catalog.

Note: This feature is currently supported for Shopify orders only.

Use the following steps to enable discounted product prices on international shipments.

  1. Select the SETTINGS tab in the top navigation.

  2. Next, click on the INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS page under SHIPMENT SETTINGS.

  3. Check the box next to the option for using discounted prices. 



  4. Click the "Save" button. That's it!
