Updating your acceptance of Amazon's Terms & Conditions

Beginning October 3, 2017, Amazon will require merchants to accept their new Terms & Conditions who purchase shipping labels via Amazon's API through a third-party shipping solution like ShippingEasy.

NOTE: even if you have accepted Amazon's Terms & Conditions in the past, you will need to login to your Amazon Seller Central account and accept the Terms & Conditions again, on or after October 3, 2017.

This is a requirement of Amazon's and will be necessary for all customers who use applications such as ShippingEasy to do their own shipping of Amazon Prime orders.

How to accept Amazon's new Terms & Conditions

  1. Login to your Amazon Seller Central account.
  2. Navigate to https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/shipping-manager/terms-and-conditions.html
  3. Read and tick each box to signal your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
  4. Click the Submit button.
