Where are my old, unshipped orders?

In specific situations, ShippingEasy will remove old, unshipped orders from an account. This is to ensure that the system is performing at optimal speed for active shippers.

If you can't find an old, unshipped order in ShippingEasy it could have been removed for one of the following reasons:

  • Unshipped orders older than 180 days will be removed from accounts that have not shipped in the last 60 days.
  • Unshipped orders older than 60 days will be removed from cancelled accounts. 
  • Unshipped orders older than 60 days will be removed from Starter plan accounts that have not shipped in the last 30 days.
NOTE: if an unshipped order was edited within the specified time frame, it will not be removed.
